Take control of Alice and explore your new foster home in search of her lost doll. Though life has become better you can still feel the shadow of the past cling to you in your nightmares, even in sleep you seem to never really be alone.

I had a few roles while working on Never Really Alone with my main work being on animation and the story. I was the one to come up with the games main story and concept so I directed the game to maintain it's tone and atmosphere as much as possible. I helped to create the games main plot points, the layout and design of the levels, and the visuals of the game. I also created all of the games animation, with it mainly being on display in the final portion of the game.
Postmortem
The production of Never Really Alone went very smoothly. The beginning was a bit slow as we were still organizing the gameplay and story, but production went quickly and our vertical slice played very similarly to the final game. The biggest hurdle was balancing this game with my classes and Barnacles, beers, and Brawls.
